As standard in our industry, due to the nature of our merchandise, all sales are final, both online and in store. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Crane’s Dress Boutique is a full service specialty store where customers shop daily, with our assortment and customer service being key to our success. 

Taxes: An 8.25% sales tax will be added to all orders at time of placement.

Shipping: Styles marked as “In Stock” will be shipped within 1-3 business days, and “Quick Delivery” styles will be shipped within 4-10 business days. Expedited shipping is available as shown below, and business days are defined as Monday - Friday. We ship anywhere in the Continental USA, but not to PO Boxes.

Availability: Please provide us with your wear date when placing your order so we can ensure your dress will arrive in time for your event. If the availability is OK for your wear date, or you do not provide a wear date, we will place your order with the shipping method you have chosen. If your dress in unavailable for your wear date, we will contact you with the delivery information and request your authorization before proceeding. We will also notify you if your selection is no longer available. 

Sizing: Please be aware that each designer has their own specific sizing charts which should be used when ordering. If you are in between sizes, it is recommended to order the larger size. 

Inspection Of Merchandise: Upon receiving your dress from the manufacturer, we perform a thorough inspection to ensure it is free from defects. In the unlikely event a defect is found, we will have the manufacturer send a replacement immediately. 

Pricing: We strive to keep the prices on our website accurate and consistent with what the designer is charging for each style. In the event that there is an error on the site, we will corrert it immediately and notify you of the difference. If the correct price is less than on the website, we will adjust your order to reflect the lower price. In the rare event that the the correct price is more than shown on the website, we will notify you of the difference and request your authorization to proceed. 

Please note that the prices that you see on the website reflect the Designer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The designers that we represent do not allow their collections to be displayed on a website for a lower price than the MSRP price you see on our website. If you see a lower price on any other website for the exact same style for the same designer then you can KNOW FOR CERTAIN that the website is producing and selling counterfeit dresses of inferior quality and shipping them as originals.
